We want you to be happy with Arcanova. This policy explains how refunds work for the Archmage subscription purchased at https://arcanova.online.
All purchases are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Your order is placed with Paddle, and refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to your purchase: paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.
If you are not satisfied with your first Archmage subscription purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase — no questions asked. This applies to your first billing period only.
Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable, since you can cancel at any time before the renewal date from within the app. However, if you believe you were charged in error (for example, you cancelled before renewal but were still billed, or you were charged twice), contact us and we will make it right.
Email us at support@arcanova.online from the email address associated with your account, with the subject “Refund request”. Include your account email and (if available) the Paddle order/receipt number from your purchase confirmation email. You can also request a refund directly through Paddle using the link in your receipt.
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Cancelling is separate from refunds: you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, and you will keep Archmage access until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will occur after cancellation.
