1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Arcanova (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Arcanova is a project management and secrets vault platform for developers. The Service allows you to: manage projects with features, tasks, and issues on Kanban boards; store encrypted secrets with role-based access; organise notes and files in a shared folder tree; collaborate with team members; integrate AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Gemini, Qwen) via installable slash commands; and use your own API key with supported AI providers (Google, Anthropic, OpenAI, xAI, Alibaba) to generate plans from a project specification.

3. Accounts

You must sign in using a valid GitHub or Google account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your session or allow unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Upload malicious files, malware, or content designed to disrupt the Service. Individual file uploads are capped at 50 MB and per-project storage is capped per your subscription tier.
  • Use the Service to host content that is unrelated to software development workflows (e.g., as a general-purpose file host, image gallery, or media distribution platform).
  • Abuse the AI integration to generate, store, or distribute content prohibited by the underlying AI provider's terms.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Bypass rate limits, run automated scrapers against the API beyond what your tier permits, or use the Service to attack other systems.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create on the platform. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your projects, secrets, notes, or files. You grant us a limited license to store and serve your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

Arcanova offers a free Initiate tier and a paid Archmagetier (₱500 / month or ₱4,800 / year). Paid plans are billed through PayMongofor customers paying in PHP and through Stripe where supported. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Subscription cards (one-shot prepaid passes for the Archmage tier) are non-refundable once activated. Recurring subscriptions are refunded on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of the most recent charge.

7. Availability & Warranty

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arcanova and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
